It was a West Ham kind of Tuesday! We have a rest until next Wesdesday when we meet Chelsea and the crew gives you their predictions. Next up we tackle some Social Shenanigans and the topic is managers for the most part. We hope you enjoy our bitch fest against the Brazillian Nut and lift your glasses in hope of a better result next week!
EPISODE 32: We have moved our “What Was That?” segment to its own post match show to keep your podcast hunger satisfied. Adam is back, and for that we are utterly thankful! The lads talk the non-game loss to Wolves naming their top shelf and dregs of the barrel and then go on to make some predictions about Spurs on Tuesday. We hope you enjoy this new style and keep the faith… or keep a bottle of whiskey at the ready!
EPISODE 31: First, you probably know by now that Adam went into cardiac arrest last week. We are extremely happy to report, after tests and surgery, he is on the road to a full recovery! The outpouring of well wishes has been incredible and we love you all for it. So we have a special guest co-host who is a bit saucy on this show! ADAM IS RECOVERING WELL… THANKS FOR YOUR PRAYERS!
We are so happy that our Adam is now out of hospital and home after going into cardiac arrest last week. Only around 17% of people survive what he has been through, but thanks to well wishes and the prayers of family and so many friends he has had surgery and is well on the way back to being the Adam we all know and love! We have set up a GoFundMe to cover his medical expenses so please click and donate if you can. Stick to that new diet my friend with a new healthy lifestyle and you will be torturing me for years to come on the podcast. Love ya mate!! – Wayne
SPECIAL GUEST CO-HOST FOR THIS EPISODE!
A big thank you to Specky Becky for volunteering to step in while Adam is out. Becky has been a West Ham fan her whole life, thanks to her Granddad, and Wayne has a blast with her in this episode. If you get a chance check Becky out on American Hammers TV where she hosts “Hammer it Out” with Katie K. every other Thursday!
EPISODE 30: EPISODE 30: with all the talk about the Prem returning Wayne’s daughter Lily suggested it was time for a new episode and she co-hosts with some attitude. This fun show starts off with a Drunken Story and then leads into two of the most controversial subjects explored on the West Ham is Why We Drink Podcast! Pie and Mashup heralds the debate on “Bubbles” that got quite controversial. Then we finish of this compilation “Best of” episode with a Penalty ShotOut between Adam and James, with Wayne as dubious Quiz Master. It is sure to stir up old emotions for some and make you laugh!
EPISODE 29: We couldn’t hold out any longer, so we got a little drunk and here we are with a new episode! The lads are in fine form and tell you all about their drinking, dating, and how often they change their underwear during this “fun” and “trying” time. Wayne hopes his dating story and an appropriately named song for what we are all going through will put a smile on your face. We have a Bag Head and want you to guess along with Adam! Next we honor some West Ham Greats in our Pie and Mash Up and we finish off with some Poll Dancing… cos we are all going round the pole right now! Stay Safe and know that we love you! Mostly, a big thank you to the NHS, Nurses, Doctors, Emergency Services, Shop Workers and all who are helping us in our time of need!
EPISODE 28: West Ham are playing with some passion and did you hear the strange noise coming from the P.A. at the Emirates Stadium? Well Wayne had something to say about it and in What Was That we get the views of Fat Sam and the Vampire Slav from a pub somewhere up north. Social Shenanigans has some feel good moments as we congratulate Gonzo from Hammers Chat and we go Full West Ham with Jack Gambardella. Adam’s Bag Head is a good one and you are bound to learn about, or rediscover a West Ham player who was brilliant. Hammers Polls presents some Poll Dancing and Adam talks the 3-1-1!
Episode 27: A few days later due to a little sickness in the podcast family and also a different kind of episode. What Was That kicks us off and guess who still can’t admit when Wayne is right? Hmmm a tough question it is not! Then take a trip down memory lane for some Christian Dailly, Mark Noble, Masuaku, Bubbles and other favorite Pie and Mashup segments we have had. Plus a few wind ups and special guests along the way!
EPISODE 26: Well that was a crackin’ match vs Liverpool! We have a very different What Was That in this week’s episode that shows you what you can achieve when clinically depressed and moderately motivated. Hear all about the match that we turned up for! Some Social Shenanigans are going on and we mention once loved hero Adrian, a tweet from Mick O’C @michael40301481 and our usual @JackGambardella Going Full West Ham! @HammersPolls kick off some Poll Dancing as we ask the questions few dare to, and wrap the episode up in a Claret n Blue bow!
EPISODE 25: A surprise for Adam as Wayne’s daughter Lily wants to take his seat and then Adam has some “equipment” trouble. All gets fixed then Adam and Wayne review that travesty of a game in What Was That. Some fun stories and posts in Social Shenanigans will make you smile. A new segment that Adam knew nothing about turns out to be a good idea, as Wayne reveals his Bag Head for this week and you learn a little West Ham folklore. Pie and Mashup wraps up the episode with a tune, lyrics from Jack Gambardella… the song is worth the wait. As Adam says, “Stay positive and love your lives!” Wayne would rather drink a bottle of whiskey.
